Charged more than what I signed for in the contract.
Took out a P10 cell phone for R339 however I received a statement saying I need to pay R455! To top it off I'm being charged for bills I was never advised on. Queried this with the Manager Mlotlati and a consultant by the name of Nosipho and it was simply played off as it is what it is. They didn't take the discount off the promo for the cellphone, now I have to pay for their incompetence! Truly disgusted.
