Charged for what i dont have

MTN is charging me R 1500 for data i do not have. I called the call centre and was told that there is nothing they can do. I have been a loyal customer and now will not be upgrading. I have two contracts with them. I will be cancelling them once they run out in a few months. MTN is horrible.
