on the 21 August I made a phone call to (0800) 117-669 ( which is a toll free no) and MTN deducted 11min on that call, I immediately called MTN to query and since then I have not been helped... I called the same no this morning and again samething happened R7,63 was deducted for the call... I’m sick and tired of MTNs incompetence, all I want I want my minutes and airtime back... I
