Charged for services that I never agreed to

<p>I was billed R400 more on my account, firstly when I phone them the lady was terribly rude, I asked about this extra costs and she said that I’ve got extra services. I never asked for these services and how can they just add these extra costs without ones approval?????</p> <p> </p> <p>This is unacceptable!!</p>
