Charged for recurring bundles even after cancelling

I’ve been overcharged by Mtn for a weekly recurring bundle for ages. I don’t recall ever signing up for it either. When I figured it out and canceled it via ussd, they continue to deduct it from my spend limit. Is this a type of *****?
