Charged for Packet Switch Data without warning

I have a use your own 350 mtn contract. One of the services loaded is a usage limit. I am now being charged over R700 of PSD. I only use the data I have on my phone and top up when data expires through bundles.<br> <br> Why am i charged PSD. Surely if my initial 500MB are over, and with usage limit notificaiton there should not be any more data coming through my account unless i top up with a bundle.<br> <br> Please explain. I will dispute this charges with ombudsman.
