Charged for Incompetence
I lost my phone at the beginning of December, went to Clearwater mall to do a sim Swop and get a new phone.<br> <br> The consultant i dealt with send an SMS to my old phone to ask if the \new"owner of the phone if the sim swop should be completed"

Please take note of the following. The system reflect that the sim swap has been done 2-11-2015. The line has been suspended again on the 3-11-2015. The new sim swap has not been in used since activated. We do not pick up any notes that you have called in November-December to report the sim card and device ******.
The account is billed for content usage this happens before the handset has been lost and sim swap done. 1. Content service is not part of MTN. MTN do not credit the account for this services. The charges are valid, this charge for the content usage is from the 26-10-2015 until the 26-11-2015. As per your information on hello peter the device has been ****** in the beginning of December. Please call the 808 service center and arrange to pay the balance of
R 6,910.63.
