CHARGED FOR GOODS RETURNED

Good day, we app**** online for a rooter uncapped. We got send this rooter, we tested it and could not get any signal in our area as we stay on a farm. We took the rooter back before and we know there is a law that states if returned before 30 days there will be no charges. Well that did not happen as the charged us R1017.40 exl VAT on our invoice. My husband went into MtN and that put a reversal complain in but this was not attended to so now the full amount plus our other contracts went off our bank account. The wifi number is ***.
