Charged for data bundle that I cancelled 6 months ago
Do not trust cancellation of data bundles via USSD! I cancelled my recurring bundle 6 months ago, and I am still being charged for it. MTN are completely *********** with regards to this billing error, and are not willing to refund me. If you want to cancel your bundle, go in store and keep a record of the cancellation.

09 Feb 2018, 13:14Absolute nonsense. That bundle was cancelled months ago via USSD. There was no bundle to cancel, when checking by USSD in January. I stand by my assertion, DO NOT TRUST CANCELLATION BY USSD! MTN has flawed systems, and you may be charged for a bundle that you have already cancelled.
