Charged for a contract that i have canceled a year ago
MTN has kept on Charging me for a Contract that i have canceled a year ago and after phoning about 10 times in the last month, the problem is still not resolved, my reference numbers i have received cant be traced when i phone them and i also wait about 1 and a half Hours before speaking to someone. i phoned in on 2016-06-01 to cancel the contract but i am still getting billed for it till today without even using the simcard. Reference numbers are below ( they cant find any info on it when i phone them) ********** 03 ********** 07 1- ********** 0650

29 Aug 2017, 07:12once again, this response from MTN is not helpful at all. i have supp**** you with the reference numbers of the tickets that i have logged with MTN but that is still not enough for you.
if you did any effort in trying to resolve the issue you would have checked on the ticket numbers that i have supp****. my ID number is ********** 111080, and in regards to the cancellation please READ my complaint. i state there i quote " i phoned in on 2016-06-01 to cancel the contract but i am still getting billed for it till today without even using the simcard" ( NEXT TIME PLEASE READ THE COMPLAINT BEFORE REPLYING). Ref numbers are below. ( ********** 03, ********** 07, 1- ********** 0650)
