Charged for a contract I cancelled and don't have. Courier never delivered. I want my refund!

I had a contract which was due for Upgrade last year July. I chose a phone and package and waited for delivery. And waited. And waited. This never happened. September I had given birth by then and followed up. I was told that the courier couldn't get a hold of me. I re-ordered and still no delivery was done. I eventually cancelled it. I was asked if I would like to have my number changed to prepaid and I said yes. Two months later I received a bill that I needed to pay R1500. I paid it in November thinking that this was maybe due because I was not checking my account. I called in and was told yes my contract is cancelled. December I get a letter stating that I am handed to Legal. I owe over R2000. I called in again and was told that I didn't pay and my contract was never cancelled. I was paying apparently for a contract and phone I didn't receive. Then when it was cancelled I was paying for the old contract which I didn't want any longer. I have been speaking to Danell Govender who promises things but never does it. She promised via a recorded call last week that she will load a credit for me for the R1500 I paid which I was not supposed to. She advised if I pay just the R147 due I can get my money. Kim Basson her manager was supposed to call me from January. NO ONE CALLS. I need to call each time wasting my airtime to follow up and sort out the mess they did. I want my R1500. I want compensation for all the airtime I spent when I was promised a call back. I want my contract cancelled and I want an apology from your useless team!
