Charged for a cancelled Mtn month-to-month contract

I have cancelled Mtn month-to-month contract on 30-Sep-23 and instead they debited my account in October and when I went to the store I was told i will get credit and to my surprise they have debited again now in Nov for something that am not using Mtn ******* people
