Charged double for databundle bought online

On 20Nov. 2015 I bought a 1GB databundle online, using 1600 eBucks on the FNB app. I never received the databundle and decided to wait until the following day, as that was a Sunday night. I called MTN the Monday morning and was told that it could take up to 24hours. However, after waiting more than 36hours, still nothing. In the following days I made several calls to MTN and every time I had to hear that they didn't receive the eBucks and that a call will be logged and the query supposedly escalated. One of the consultants I spoke to in the following week told me that he can see that I bought the databundle and will \release\" it for me. I was so grateful and remember asking him why no one else could see this and just release it for me? So finally I received the1GB I bought over a week ago. However when I received my invoice for December, it now had an extra amount charged for 1GB ad-hoc databundle. I've been trying since January to sort this out and explain what happened to numerous consultants, but I've had my account suspended twice so far. FNB did an investigation from their side and informed me that it was resolved and MTN would reverse the amount. MTN still demands the money!"

This response from MTN has been more than eight months ago and still nothing has been done! I am now due for an upgrade but can not do this because there is still an outstanding amount of R149 on my account. This mess up from the MTN consultant occurred last year November and it was admitted that it was his fault, yet I still have to get my account suspended. My account was suspended again this morning and I do not have the time to sit on the phone for 30mins while having to explain this situation to yet another call centre consultant! When will MTN honor their promise for a change and reverse the amount or otherwise refund my 1600eBucks?? Only then I will gladly pay the R149.
