We are truly sorry for the inconvenience caused and for the breakdown in service experienced.
We can confirm that the invoice for the new package subscription has not been generated as yet, so technically you've not been billed for the new package as yet. This will only occur on the 13th of September 2015.
We've now contacted the the management team at Bytes Technology to assist with the matter. The way forward will be for the contract to be cancelled and the charges to be reversed. You might need to opt for a different device that is in stock and request for a priority delivery.
Once again we do apologize for any inconvenience caused.

Tim
