Charge for repairs witch was a warranty repair

We took in my sons phone for repair. MTN charge him R1662 for the repairs, we realy don't know where they get that amount from, because when we speak to sony they told is that here was no charges and that it was a warranty repair.<br> <br> On 4 August we go and fetch the phone Sakkie at the Bloemfontein repair center told us the refund will be done within the next 14 days. <br> <br> On 24 August they ask us to email them some information what we done immediately from the Mimosa Mall MTN branch to make sure they get the information. On the 2 September still no refund so we email it again from the same MTN store. I also phone a lady named Tatso on 2 September to confirm that we mail it again. Then she told me Sakkie try to get hold of us that was not true.<br> <br> When I phone today 11 September they told me the money will only be refund within the next 2 to three weeks.<br> <br> My son is only 18 and paid the R1662 himself, it is unacceptable to wait for money witch was never suppose to be charge especially that big amount.<br> <br> We really don't have any trust in MTN any more and all four of us is MTN customers<br> <br> Regards <br> Sunette
