Changing terms of a contract without consent

I've been a loyal postpaid customer of MTN for over 10 years now. MTN has decided to alter my contract without my consent or advising me. I don't understand how MTN can change my contract from a Postpaid contract to a TopUp contact without my consent or advising me. I couldn't make any calls all day because I had 'run out of airtime'!! And when I could, my calls were cut because I didn't have enough airtime! It is such an inconvenience!! I didn't ask to change my contract!! Please reinstate my account to before you unilaterally decided to change my account to a TopUp account!
