Changing of deal to upgrade deal
My mom wants to change a deal from the R449 deal to the R749 deal with the 55inch tv. Delivery has not taken place yet however Mtn Does not want to changethe deal. It is only 2 days past the 7 day cancellation disclaimer. I do not understand this as Mtn is not loosing a deal in fact they are gaining a better deal from her. I have had no joy in speaking with the store and tried the entire day to get hold of an area or regional manager. I wouldreally appreciate your assistance in this matter. Kindly note that the matter was investigated. The reason why you mother does not qualify for the R749 package it is due to the credit limit which is scored by the ITC. Her credit limit is less than what the package costs.
We would like to assure you that we are actively working to improve our service levels.
