Changing contracts - Unending problems and frustrations

A money *****ing, unhelpful option for a network carrier. If you want to be **********, to have limited options, to be blocked in and uninformed as they cut you off from connecting… then MTN may be a good option. I wasn’t informed of a change of status in my contract, I could neither pay for a new contract or pay as I go nor use my exiting contract all the while they already changed my number off without notifying me. I wasted hours in store, as I was assured my phone had been Rica’d and fixed only to have to return with an u solved problem. Pre-paid is an option you can’t buy yourself, wasting money on airtime and not having a package that is fair or works. I’ve wasted hours of my life on this useless carrier… don’t waste yours
