changed contract without my knowledge
I had an internet contract with Nashua for R148.99 per month. Then MTN took over the contract. In Jan 2015 I upgraded the ****le (not contract) in Jan the acc was R139.00 Feb R254.85 Mar R148.99 Apr R148.99 May R148.99 Jun 168.99 and then July R633.12! I work from home and now for 3 weeks the service has been suspended and I do not get an reply from MTN. Except for *********** people, I do not get an reply back from them. This was reported 5 times! Please help as I do need the internet for an income.***)

We are terribly sorry for the inconveniences that you experienced as a result of this. We completely understand the frustration it causes.
According to our records, your monthly subscription fees is R149.00 per month. In February you were billed R254.85 because of the upgrade fee of R105.00.
Kindly note that in June there was a price increase and the new subscription fees is R170.00 per month.
In July your bill was R633.12 due to data charges of R4647.12. In April there was also a price increase on the out of bundle rate, one the 2G is depleted, you are billed R0.99 per mb. Should you wish, you may contact our office to load a usage limit on the internet package so that you are able to manage your spend.
We would like to assure you that we are actively working to improve our service levels.
