Change of phone without adjusting contract
I had a contract with Mtn Samsung z6 from February 2025

13 Dec 2025, 08:00I took a contract with Mtn beginning of February 2025,for Samsung z6 fold paying which i was paying R1 178.91 per mont ,within 2 months of using it, it started to give me problems.I returned the phone for repair and the they exchanged it to Samsung s25,which was on promotion for R969 per month, now they don't want to adjust my contract ,I'm still paying for Samsung Z6 fold while I'm using Samsung s25.The mtn in Mall africa the store Manager Jordaan,says he won't help me as it is no longer an Mtn store,he says the store is a franchise.
I am frustrated because they are deducting more than they should, nobody is willing to help me ,the contract department says I must go to the store and the store says I must call the contract department.
What they are doing is *****.
