Change of ownership

Good day, I need help in transferring the ownership of cell number as per above mentioned account number from the current entity into the name of the user in his personal capacity.

Please assist urgently as I've been emailing since June as well as going into a MTN store for assistance. Currently the ownership has not been changed even though we've emailed as well as walked into store to change ownership.

PS This ownership change must occur the end of this month.
