Change in contract

Signed up for my very 1st cellular phone contract for R249.00 per month during 2019. Ended up paying R349.00 pm without any notice from MTN. Had to learn via news that MTN has doubled their data prices. Enquiries delivered no result. Will definitely not extend contract period. Need SPs who are open and communicate good or bad news with their clients.
