Chance Takers!

Hi There,

As per your MTN update eligibility page, my contract is due for upgrade from today, so I went to one of your stores and was told that I must make an upfront payment of R4 900.00 rand to be eligible to upgrade. This figure I absolutely laughable as I would essentially being paying double for the next the months to upgrade early.

I will now wait out the next 3 months and then promptly change service providers! Congratulations on losing a loyal client that you have had for over 20yrs now!!
