Centurion mall mtn refused service

I am at centurion mtn, last night my cousin was hijacked. Now here at mtn they can not help us change her number because she does not have a copy of a certified identity document. On a sat afternoon now we have to wait until Monday before she can get a temp id and come back for a number ... Mean time we can not access a lot of her things because otp is being sent to this number. This is really frustrating. And i hope they relook this.
