Centurion Mall MTN - No stock and no feedback

I recently app**** for a contract with MTN in Centurion Mall. this was approved but now i keep getting told that they do not have stock of the phone. There is no communication with me about this unless i keep going to the store just to be told there's no these still no stock and they don't know when it will be coming. when asked if they can't get from another store i get told yes you can go to another store but we have to cancel your application and you will have to reapply. Their staff have no sense of customer satisfaction in them and could care less. Id rather look at Cell C and Vodacom offers now.
