Centurion mall MTN

Please steer away from the mtn store in Centurion. They clearly dont know how to do their job. I canceled a contract with them in September 2024, have all the details to show that i did my part in order to get my contract canceled, i even have the information stating that the courier came and picked up the router from the store... It is now March in 2025 amd the contract is still active on my name, they still trying to debit from my account and every time i have to dispute it, i have to pay a fee for disputing the debit order and this is clearly affecting my credit score as it seems like I'm not paying an account... Ive tried phoning them as well, the store doesn't pick up, i happened to be there on the weekend of the 15 of march 2025, because im still receiving a sms about a statement to a (***) which isnt even my email address... Yet they told me in store that they can't do it, i have to phone mtn... I spent more than 30 mins on the line with a mtn consultant trying to figure out what the store people did, just to find out they didnt process my cancelation correctly, even tho i returned the router and signed their documents instore... Then the consultant tells me that they camt cancel it on there side, i have to go instore to cancel it... So please i advice you not to do business at this store... Mqybe other stores are better but this store has no customer service, *********** in their duties, have no idea what they doing in that store... And clearly, doesnt know with what they can help customers with... Rather go to vodacom, you wont be disappointed
