Celphones out of stock
My husband and I have been back several times to both MTN shops in Richards Bay to upgrade his contract, every time we have been in store they never have stock of the A3 Samsung, this has been going on for over a month now, and every time the sales people have a different excuse, shop was ******, MTN was on strike, or only a few phones came in and now are all out of stock again. We also went in store in March to query my husbands data usage and still today nobody from MTN or the person who responded to my last hello peter complaint came back to my husband. If this is the type of service people are getting from MTN why keep must we keep our contract.
