Cellphone Upgrades taking longer than bond approvals

One of our company phones was due for an upgrade and I contacted the business upgrades for MTN contracts.

A new contract to satisfy our needs was suggested, with a spesific phone selection. All the necessary signed documentation was send through to BytesPeople Solutions on then 18th of August, and then the waiting started. I followed up about 3 days later just to confirm if all details was in order and was advised that the person who dealt with my applications wasn't in and nothing was done yet and then another agent took over the application.

After having to follow up numerous times i was told that they couldn't capture the contract due to the necessary info not being available from MTN to capture the contract package. I tried to discuss this with the linemanager, but he preffered his agents dealing with frustrated customers.

After being given the incorrect mail address from a very rude and unproffesional manager, i did a bit of a search on Google and found a similar mail and send my query - not knowing who it will reach. but at least i knew it would go to Bytes. My mail did reach someone but to today not sure who. The mail was then escelated to marketing at Bytes from Altech.

After phoning again to follow up, line management was going to "get personally invloved" and would sort this out. I was advised that a meeting was held with MTN and it would be resolved. At some stage i did try to keep my sense of humor and said that i'm sure that when the upgrade has been done there's not going to be stock.....yes, after phoning again today for feedback I was told that there is no stock.

I am at this stage totally clueless on what my feelings should be about this whole sistuation and have now mailed every possible person who i can get my hands on.
