Cellphone upgrade

I was called by mtn for an upgrade and we agreed on an iPhone 13pro max 256gb Alpine green. I receive the package on 14 July 2022 and when I opened the package I found a blue iPhone 130ro max 128gb. I sent them an email and received an automated response, till to date I haven't received anything from Mtn or Mondo.
