Cellphone taken taken to the store for repairs
Good day,

In February 2015 my on contract cellphone Blackberry Q5 had a problem of not being able to receive or send sms. I took it to the the store for repairs and they said they would call me when the phone is ready . I waited for a very long time, up until I decided to go to the store again in May. I was instructed to pay R330 via ABSA bank and fax the slip to them in order to get the phone fixed. A month later when I went back to check they said they received a blank slip that only showed the bank's name, after many times of re-sending the slip,I went to the bank and asked for a clearer one so I faxed it to MTN but again they said the slip is coming out blank. They never released the phone it is still under their possession, no one is giving a straight answer on what the problem really is. Every time I go to the store I deal with a consultant who has no idea of what I'm talking about. I do have the slip for the R330 as proof.

Will you please assist on this, I am still paying for it and if it was lost I would like to get a replacement.

Thank you.

Khosi
