Cellphone service providers all bad

I have in the last 2 years been with all 3 major cellphone service provider and came to realise they ae all equally bad and just dont care. They take the money nk problem but when it ckmes tk resolve their own caused issues they will take the time they want and still not even answer you. So i load a certain package from Mtn, called mtn sky super. This gives you certain amounts of minuts a day, sms's and data. So i did it for november and recharged for december the same way. Nkvember wentfkne. Dec they load the data but no minutes or anything else. I always have spare airtime cause certain things dont allow free minutes to be used. So i recharge. They use all my airtime. Tehn i phone, thursday night the 14ththe first time. They agree that there is a problem, they claim 2hrs. The night passes the next morning i phone again, then the lady claim 2 to 24hrs. I didnt accept this as this is not my mistake and i have a business to run. I phone back andspeak to cljnton, claiming he is a supervisor. He again acknowledge they mde a mistake and will resolve and keep me posted. This was around 7 the morningof the 15th. He thenwanted to try and giveme so airtime to use but couldnt promise anything so as a signof good faith i said i will get some for the day. The afternoon still not hearing a word i phoned again and Nonhlanhla then told me no one did anything to the account the whole day. She did what she could but the so called relative department doesnt work on the weekend. So again I can wait. I spent a R1000 on airtime and have nothing. Cell c has the worst reception in the world and vodacom being so big, doesnt have decent receptionin well built up areas. Hence the reason i went to mtn, good reception, **** poor service. So there is just not one decent cell service provider in this country.

This is a prepaid account and I recharged with the MTN sky offer which gives me 150 mtn to mtn and 100 mtn to all other networks, 400sms and data. Checking my balance it shows this as well as my availible additional airtime but everytime I phone it deducts from my airtime not my so called credit. I have lost R80 the 14th and recharged again with R180 and of that there is only R76.12 left. My reference numbers was as follows: on the night of the 14th of December 1- ********** 2099 and then again issued by Nonhlanhla the 15th FMC ********** 5266. Please contact me again as my phone is on, alternatively contact me ********** which is my assistant's number.

Ironically I still have had no responce. I spoke to the call centre again yesterday and their 2 -24 hr is now 72 hrs already and again I had to buy another amount of airtime and still the money I already spent, the R1000 I still dont have the privilege to use. This is a joke. Absolutely no assistance and the lady I spoke to yetserday, Niarisha just said sorry I have to wait. End of story. Come one MTN all I want is the minutes I paid for!!!!!
