Cellphone's screen damaged by MTN REF ALWIC***

I was having a problem with the charging system of my Sony Xperia cellphone. I decided to take it to MTN repair centre for it to be assesed and repaired. Whilst they were busy checking faults on my phone, I was informed that the screen is cracked but to my surprise I gave them the phone without any damage or crack on the screen. They ask me to pay for the crack screen and I refused because I gave them my phone without any crack on the screen. This issue has been going on and on and I am not getting any joy from MTN since I left my phone at their repair centre on the 6th of January 2015.

I just want MTN to fix my phone without charging me for their neglegence and I am prepared to pay for the charging system.

Please assist me as this has affected my business operations.

Regards

Brighton Kamusoko
