CELLPHONE REPLACED BUT STILL NOT WORKING CORRECTLY

Good day

Please note that on the 07/11/17 I sent my device in for repairs. There was a replacement device delivered to my offices on the 17/11/17. Upon receiving the device I tried to update the software but I see that it not updating. The error message I get says system failed.

If I send my device back to the repair centre I have to wait a further 21 days for the repair/replacement and I refuse to wait. When the device was replaced the technician should have checked to make sure that the device is actually working and everything is in order. I want someone to call me to make arrangements to pick up this defective handset and deliver a new working device at the same time.

This is the 2nd device that has been replaced. Something needs to be done because I can not wait for 21 days without a phone.
