Cellphone Repairs by MTN INSURANCE

MTN Insurance took in my phone for repairs on the 23rd of December and they said I'd get it back with 3-5 working days. Till this day I call in everyday and now the issue is they can't get hold of the Repair Center. It's a bit of an inconvenience to me cause now there's a lot of things I can't do. I genuinely need my phone back. I called them last week Tuesday and they said I'd get my phone back in 3-5 working days and now they can't get hold of the Repair Center. In genuinely FRUSTRATED
