I have waited for more than a month to get MTN Insurance to fetch my phone for repairs, once they fetched it, I am still waiting for them to just send a letter that informs me where and how to pay access after ti was informed more than a week ago that my phone is fixed. The loan handset I was given is not serviceable since the other parts of the touch screen are not working. I have tried in vain to call MTN Insurance since I couldn't get through for over a week no
