Cellphone repair on warranty

I sent my Cellphone for the warranty repair at Edgars Braamfontein on the 11th of March.<br> <br> I sent the phone to them to be repaired with all my documents for warranty. I have been told that the amount of R1500.00 is requested from me because of the unauthorized repair.<br> For what because I sent this phone to be fixed under warranty. I would have brought the phone to be fixed under warranty if I have taken it for repairs elsewhere. <br> <br> I'm now being told that my device is scratched of which I know nothing about.<br> Just because to fix the phone is going to cost them R1500.00 which is the amount I bought the device with, they now making excuses not to fix my phone and making up stories that the ear piece pads were scratched.
