Cellphone Repair

Hi Hello Peter,<br> <br> I bought an Iphone 6 via Contract from MTN in February 2015. The screen cracked & I booked it in for repairs in early April, my device was then collected in June (2 months subsequently). It is now September & I do not have my device back, I have sent countless email to MTN staff & the HVRC repairs center & no one can tell me whats going on! How can it take 5 months to repair a phone? 5 MONTHS!!!!!!??? I want my device back! The other day I called your *** helpline & I held for 45 minutes before I eventually hung up!
