Cellphone reception pathetic
I'm in the Lyndhurst/Sandringham/Rembrandpark/Rietfontein area. In the last 6 months our MTN signal/reception has gone from bad to almost non-existing. We hardly have enough reception for phone calls, our internet and WiFi connections are either VERY slow (conneting on EDGE where we used to have 4G) or do not connect at all. Because of the bad reception, it is costing us more on lost/wasted airtime and data than is necessary <br> <br> As with all MTN services, it is useless to contact MTN. Even at MTN head office the phone only rings and no one answers. <br> <br> MTN is wasting customers money instead of improving their infrastructure and networks. MTN does not seem to care if they lose customers to other mobile networks.
