Cellphone number was not credited with airtime on provision date

Since Monday have been calling mtn to find out why one of my numbers was not credited on the 12th which is my provision date no one seems to know how to solve the problem they just say they having trouble with the system yet I'm expected to pay full amount month end when I did not get the service I contracted for
