Cellphone not activated

Phone was suspended from October 2014 pending payment. Full Payment was made in December - R1611. We were informed that phone will be working within 7 days. However on inquiry after 7 days another payment was requested of R972. phone was not activated after another 7 days. On further inquiry I was told to pay another R539 and to wait for another 7 days. I had made several personal visits to the MTN branch in Umhlanga (Coastlands hotel venue) and made over 10 phone calls.<br> <br> I am highly frustrated as I am not getting any positive feedback from MTN as to when My phone and My daughters phone will be reactivated.
