Cellphone Insurance Difficulties

My phone was ****** on 30 June and I immediately reported it at MTN branch to block my phone and black list it. MTN sent me away to the police station, only to find out at the police station that I needed to go back to MTN because they need to blacklist it first, give an ITC number and then report it at police station. I then went back to MTN the next day to request them to blacklist it. Then the lady told me sha cannot do it because it is weekend and that I would have to phone them directly (even though it is a weekend) I was already irritated as she could have done all of this when I reported it ******. Then I contacted the call centre of the number she gave me. With very bad service and holding on the line for nearly 30 minutes they told me that it could not be done and that I would have to phone back the monday. The Monday morning very early I contacted MTN to request the ITC number for blacklist that was done. They then told me that it was never done and that they cannot black list my phone as it needed to be whitelisted first. I was already super annoyed as no one knew what was going on and they informed me that they no one is available to do the whitelisting. After numerous calls and complaints, no one bothered to contact me back or even respond to the complaints that were lodged. I then continueosly called as I knew that I would be the only one having to fight to get my claim through. I then received a call from a consultant at Pinnacle where he informed me that my claim cannot be processed ass there are docs outstanding and the next day they contacted me with the info requirements. The guy was very unprofessional as he wanted me to write down the address that he needed me to mail the info to. I then requested him to send me an email with the address so that I could reply to. He then only sent me an sms of which the spelling of the email address was also wrong and I then had to look it up on the internet. (very unprofessional) Then after all that drama, a lady phoned me to inform me that the claim has been approved and I need to pay an access of R300 which I did and they then informed me that they will send me a Samsung S7 edge as the Samsung (which I had) was out of stock. She then proceeded to ask for the delivery address and that it would take 4 working days. Today. 19 July was already 4 days and I then phoned to follow up on the tracking of the package. Someone answered and I immediately gave the Claim number to speed up the process. After holding on the line for nearly 20 min the guy asked me to hold for almost another 20 min just to inform me that they do not have stock of the phone. No one bothered to call me with regards to the updated status or anything. I then lost it and asked to speak to the manager and the team leader then just brushed it of and said that they will send the phone as they only received stock the previous day. I feel that I have been place in the worst inconvenience with MTN and there insurance department. I had all the evidence of my bag being ****** with my phone, I had to use a borrowed phone, of which I cannot do much with. I constantly was told by MTN and Pinnacle "sorry ma'am, there is nothing we can do" Or blaming one another for service not being provided. I did not receive decent service from MTN since the day i submitted my claim.
