Cellphone insurance Claims not payed.

I am so disapointed in MTN and their insurance.

I have been claiming for a broken phone for about 3 months now and everytone tells me to face one way or the other. They all come up with excuses for why not,what is missing and the list is endless. MTN has no issues deducting my money for the phone but when they need to stick to their end of deal is one story after the next. Now I go getting messages that my cliam will lapse,really mind You I do not have a phone since this one is none functional,and like a good person I am still paying my insurance and never missed a single payment. The shop I bought this phone from is MTN, and it closed dowm,now I am geting stories from the insurance,funny part is I dealt with MTN an no insurance now because I need them they point me towards insurance and insurance towards MTN.Yet when they signed my contract and they insurance MTN did that now they tell me about MTN insurance. Wow poor service,poor customer delivery and easy to take moeny for insurance. I have been with them over 3 years and half and going on my 4th and with this cliam now it is an issue,my first contract ended and I took another one.
