#*** Cellphone insurance claim

Lost my phone on the 2/01/24, logged it with MTN on 3/01/24 till today " your claim is with our assessors and will revert back to you once done", 2 weeks! for a phone worth R4000, last got feedback 9 days ago! I will never sign up for any insurance with MTN and do not recommend it to anyone, DO NOT GO THERE! Its NOT RELIABLE, they are all happy debiting your account every month they will debit me again this month, wait until you need to claim you will sit with no phone for 2 Weeks while no one say anything to you! IT A SCARM! I REGRET IT! CANCEL MY INSURANCE WHILE WE STILL WAIT FOR YOUR ACCESSORS!
