Cellphone Insurance Claim 330503

One of the worst cellphone insurance providers has to be MTN with their ridiculous claims process. It's been over a month if not 2 trying to process a simple cellphone claim (Samsung J2) for my mom .After she informed me of this non receptive attitude,. i started pursuing the claim on her behalf and still to date no avail, It's excuse after another and when you thought things couldn't get any worse, they pull a shallow move and want to give her the cheapest replacement money can get you. I think mostly to the fact that my mom is not so literate they hoping to knock her and save a few bucks since she wouldn't dare take them on. There is no business integrity to say the least over a small matter like this, i just wonder how great the trouble for pricier phones. I wouldn't encourage anyone to take up cellphone insurance with these chaps
