Cellphone insurance
<p>I bought a Huawei mate 8 on contract which was an upgrade in september last year and i only updated my insurance on phone a week later. Two weeks after me sending my application the phone got lost but my details where not updated it took them 3 weeks to update them. Now im paying for a phone which should have been updated but because of mtn mail system my phone was not insured. </p>

But there is no point in updating it because the phone is already lost, it got lost in the period of me waiting for mtn reply which had said 5 working days but it took 3 weeks. when i tried to claim form insurance they said my phone was not insured but it wasnt because of the fact that i had waited 3 weeks for my details to be updated
