cellphone insurance
I took a contract with MTN at maponya mall in 2012,which I insured with sp insurance.my contract ended in 2014 August but until now I am still paying my premiums, when I call the customer number it says my cellphone number does not exist and I did a follow up with an email but I only got a response once after a month to say the number is incorrect.I sent another email it is 2 months now no response from them. All I need is clarity that if I am no longer in contract with them but still paying for the insurance does it mean I am not covered if so why then continue to debit my account.I need a number where I can call and get information not a system which hangs up everytime you call
