Cellphone

So I have been waiting for my cell phone package from DSV for over two weeks now this morning wen I contacted their officers i was told that the cellphone is being sent back to Gauteng without anyone even giving me a call to notify me. My experience with this courier company has been the worst. As for MTN their service are just as poor because nobody is bothering to inform me on what is happening and as to why my package was not delivered I an utterly disgusted with the level of service from both these companies.
