Cellphone contract/IMEI NR: ***

I upgraded a cell phone contract with MTN in 12 November 2015. The phone was utilised for only three months or less. I took the phone back to MTN branch in Mafikeng Mall on the 17/03/2015. A consulted checked my phone if its physical broken or not. Then he advised me that the phone will be taken to Repaires Centre and that, Repaires will contact me. I have not received any call from them, i only receive messages that i should pay R1330.00 so that Repaires can start repairning my phone. I took the matter to NCC for assistance because there was no communication between myself and MTN. Until today my challeges was not solved. I am still paying for the phone that i don't have. Please help me I want a phone back.
