Cellphone contract *****
Mtn debited my account on 2018-07-02 with ref A ********** . ********** 154 I was surprised as I don't have a contract with them .I contacted customers service I was advised that I took a contract phone on the 20th of may at mall of the south which I don't have any idea where is mall of the south. On the 20th of may I was at work the whole day. I asked nonkululeko the consultant who was assisting on the phone to email me the opening documents that were used and the copy of the contract that I have signed I was adised that I must go to mall of the south if I want the copy. She then gave me the contact number for the ***** department which does not exist
