cellphone contract *****

Last year I went to open a cellphone contract at Telkom wastgate they called to tell me it was declined then month end of october I started getting debit orders from mtn which is just opposite Telkom and with the same amount I signed up for. I went to mtn they made me sign some affidavit and said they were gonna do an investigation till now they still debiting me
